Mark launches Violet Recruitment

Business specialist and experienced director Mark Mills has recently launched his new venture Violent Recruitment which specialises in finding positions for female non-executive directors. With a clear focus on helping to boost the number of women in director positions, Mark is shown is once again demonstrating his innovative business outlook.

As part of this exciting new project, Mark has committed himself to offering mentoring and training in the role of the director and a programme in order to boost the relevant skill set of would be directors to the appropriate level. Indeed, such training will hopefully lead to the boosting of female non-executive directorships across the country, which currently languish at 12.5% with the government wanting to double that by 2015.
